.Skill trees are bugged. Skill levels are all around the place now. Not how I had it before.
I have sent a report on this, do I need to do anything else? I have skills in trees I do not even have, 27 points into Beserk when I am a mage/archer, lol! Thanks in advance!

But as far as I remember the 2nd and 3rd tabs were enabled only after a certain level, and the last 2, you had to buy.
It always made perfect sense to me, since after R5 you started piling up a lot of legendary and set items.
But if it is supposed to work the way you mwntioned, i would like at least to get the items that were on those tabs. All my gems were there. :/. -

I wonder how do the devs feel about breaking a good game, their effort and work down. . -

Its all amazing actually, with all do respect all good, hard work, but you know, noOne will gonna clap, "sometimes better give a punch to get something bigger back

Save! I have a single question. When will an update be released where no more than 100,000 people complain that they have lost their items or that quests have been messed up with skills ??? Because what I see most here is the complaint of paying people like me who paid to have some things in the game and that is why I want to play but with these bug's it is becoming more and more impracticable to keep this game on my cell phone. I know it is relatively understandable that bad bug's act all drop without an answer without a feedback that the problems will be solved is the same as pulling the balls out of the game if you know what I mean.

I'm not here to discredit the good work they do, I'm only demanding what is rightfully mine, I paid for things in the game I spent a lot of time playing, I don't even know how much time I spent playing, so there isn't a decent answer bad at the time to charge with something purchased within the game the money to be given on the account on the spot. So why not with our feedback?

Use a stone of rebirthand make sure that you didn't lose any point in process, then let us know if it worked. . -

Same here I've spent money and lots of time playing and now everything I've upgraded is gone from my stash also all achievements has reset to 0 like I just started playing
I haven't gotten a single message to retrieve a single item. -

Step by step:
1.-Create new seasonal character (season 2)
2.-Log out.
3.-Log in but in your previous character (non seasonal)
4.-Check mailbox.
5.- Back here and tell us all if it worked or not please.. -

Try to reinstall the game, but if it didn't work also you can make a proper request for support because there are some many others experiencing the same problem. Attached Image. -
