The game freezes whenever I open the inventory, open up the shop, the stash, etc. I simply cannot access my inventory because of it but my character can move and attack freely until I open the inventory. I also tried creating a new account but the same thing happens to it. My device is a pocophone f1.
Any help with this will be much appreciated.

Try activating the Developer Options on your phone's settings.
Settings > About Phone > Build number (tap several times)
Try activating "Force GPU Rendering" & "Force 4x MSAA".
Set "Background Process Limit" to "No Background Processes".
Reboot your phone if possible.
Tell me if you still experience the same issue. Your phone is supposed to work well for this game, considering that it has better specs than mine. Vivo Y91 user here, btw.

No problem. Glad I was able to help you out!
Just remember to open apps one at a time on your phone, and avoid turning off your phone screen while the game is open, as it would cause the game to restart.

I have a problem too, when I use waypoint or when play the game for too long the game just crashes. What do I do? .
