While going through areas such as the black palace or the arcane passage or any area with tall walls or structures I find it very frustrating as I'm always ending up fighting blind as the walls fully obstruct the view of the character. I would suggest adjusting the clipping plane or the transparency of objects based on whether it is in line of site between the camera and the character. I see you are doing this however it's not optimized.
