Hero pack purchase problem

bought the hero pack but I didnt receive anything....

    I bought the hero pack but I didnt receive anything.... Checked in mail and equipement tab but couldn't find anything. I dont have access to transaction ID on google play. Which id why Im podting here since I can't give it and it is required
    Btw it's telling me I didnt get the rewards so I can pay again for another hero pack.. I'm confused about what to do (just started the game)
