Hello,
I finished tier I and completed all quests but i cant enter tier 2 in menu of The game. I cant chose tier, only play tier I.
Is there any posibility to fix this, and how? thx

Maybe you should change the difficulty of the game at the top of the world map?

Tiers describe the grade of equipment, not game difficulty.
