I've played od my phone mostly but sometimes i liked to play on other divice. One time i couldnt synchronize progerss from my phone though i've had internet connection. I've pressed "Synch" button on both divices and on my phone it loaded progress from phone and on other divice some strange clustered version of few old saves from different progress for different characters and chest, all from different moment of time. So i've decided to log out my account from the other divice. It didn't help. Then i've logged out the other divice by logging into my phone on the same time. It didn't helped either. So i decided to log out my phone and then game loaded the same bugged save as on the other divice and now i've lost all my main gear and few charms. I've invested my real money into this game and it's unacceptable that i've lost my progress and time spended on getting it due to a bug...
Ok, so its a known problem...
BUT I'VE INVESTED MY MONEY AND A LOT OF TIME IN THIS GAME AND THERE'S NO WARNING ABOUT IT!!!
So i demand recompensation!
