When I enter my account there is no character.

    When entering my android cell phone, no game character appears in my account, my account comes out empty and asks me to start from scratch, what can I do to recover my characters.
    I would appreciate if you help me.

    I had the same issue, and found NOT selecting a season character fixed this? No idea why either.
