hello anima team i've been trying to find the secret portals for the key to open the black gate in the cathedral for three days now, they really have such a low drop chance how can i increase this drop chance?

I think you are referring to the Three Brothers quest.

You have to collect the 3 different shards then combine them into the Seal of the Souls. With this in your inventory you are allowed to open the great door.

If talking The 3 Brothers Quest...the portals are random in 3 maps (see pic) and appear more frequently in higher modes. The shards will drop at a much higher rate in HELL Mode and every time in CHAOS.
