While playing a seasonal character, after defeating Kraahl the NPC who gives the quest Go North does not appear in town. Neither does the boat appear on the map. All prior quests have been completed. Restarting the game does nothing. Beating Kraahl again does nothing. It does not affect non-seasonal characters. I sent a message to Support in game a couple of weeks ago and still no reply.

Only quests you start appear on your quests list. Does yours include: The End of All Things, which is the quest to defeat Kraahl? Dike, who issues this quest, is found at the beginning of the Black Lands.
